Fall Start of Children's Programs

The Hannibal Free Library would like to take a moment to remind you of youth programs we offer:

Story Hour is held every Tuesday and Thursday from 10am-11am beginning September 6th. This program is directed at children who are 2-4. In this Story Hour children learn to recognize their names, shapes, and letters of the alphabet. Each Session we will sing a welcome song, read a story, and do either a craft or activity.

The After School Program is held on Wednesdays from 3:45pm until 4:45pm beginning September 21st. This program is geared towards students in grades kindergarten through the Fourth grade. In the after school program students work to augment their reading and writing skills as well as explore various subjects through activities and crafts and they will be given a snack.

Starting this fall we will be offering a Teen Club which will focus primarily on playing magic cards to begin with but will eventually branch out to cover other subjects and activities as they arise. The day and time of group meetings has yet to be determined.
